About Us The International Society on Scoliosis Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Treatment is a nonprofit organization founded in 2004 out of a need to share options for the non-operative management of structural spine changes. SOSORT is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, EIN 83-4176684. Donations are tax-deductible. Research We foster research on the early detection, prevention, treatment and outcomes of patients with structural spine changes and provide multiple venues for the dissemination of this work. Collaboration We encourage interdisciplinary teamwork between scientists, healthcare providers, patients and families. Communication We have a strong commitment to the education of our members and those in the larger community to improve patient outcomes. To this end, we host an Annual Meeting, monthly newsletters, web-based seminars and maintain an active presence on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. |
